Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–6 business working days from the date of order confirmation.

We ship through reliable courier partners including India Post DTDC ST Courier and GMS depending on your preferred service availability and delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

Tracking details will be updated on the website or shared via email within 4 working days after dispatch.

Preorder Sarees

Preorder sarees are woven specially upon confirmation of the order and typically require 30–45 days for dispatch.

In case of any change in estimated timelines our team will notify you through email WhatsApp Instagram or website updates.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are generally calculated at approximately:

  • ₹2700 per kilogram
  • ₹1500 for each additional saree added to the shipment

Delivery timelines for international orders typically range between 4–15 business working days depending on destination country customs clearance and regional regulations.

Customs Duties And Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties import taxes or additional charges as per the regulations of the destination country.

These charges if applicable must be borne by the customer and paid prior to delivery.

However in rare circumstances involving shipment loss customs issues or regional delivery restrictions AG SILKS shall not be held liable for delays losses or delivery failures once the parcel has been dispatched through the shipping partner.
